Sarah Cooney grew up in West Hartford, CT, and was fortunate to grow up in New England - the land of all four seasons. As beautiful as the snow on the trees are, she has always been a city girl at heart, and took every opportunity to run away to New York to see shows as a child. After living in the same house in CT her whole life, she made her first move ever to New York at 18 to study at NYU Steinhardt. She graduated from NYU in 2008 with a bachelors of Music in Vocal Performance/Music Theatre, and is currently living, working, and auditioning in New York. Wish me luck!! "I’m excited to be a part of the New York Fringe Festival this year!"
